She led brands at Anheuser-Busch InBev and served as Director of Brand Strategy at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In her agency leadership experience, she grew US business into a diversity of new industries and revenue streams working with brands such as Sephora, Nickelodeon, IBM, Chrysler, and more. Nicole has led and grown teams, products, and businesses from conception to scale. She is a solution-focused leader who understands how to design a big-picture vision and to efficiently and effectively operationalize it. She hosts the podcast On Kindness where she speaks with leaders of all ages and geographies to discern what Kindness means to them and why it’s critical to our future.
